- Knit 2 together, repeat across row. (12 stitches)

- Knit 2 together, repeat across row. (6 stitches)
- Finish as instructed in animal head finishing instructions on main children's slipper page

- Cast on 3 stitches
- Knit
- Knit and increase 1 into first stitch, knit 2
- Knit
- Knit and increase 1 into first stitch, knit 3
- Knit next 4 rows
- Knit 2 stitches together, knit 3
- Knit
- Knit 2 stitches together, knit 2

- Cast off in knit (this end will be stitched to the dog head)
- Cast on 3 stitches (this end will be stitched to the back of the dog slipper)
