Bend a 12 inch piece of chenille in half. Turn it so that the ends are pointing down. Then, on each side, measure 1 ½ inches from the center fold, and bend the chenille up at a 45 degree angle.	Now, measure 1 inch further along each of the chenille ends and bend again only this time bend down so that the ends are pointing straight down. This is the start of your snowman hand.

Take a piece of chenille, cut it to measure 9 inches and on one side bend a hook 1 inch from the end. Get you hand piece and push the sides together so that the bends just below the center fold overlap slightly. This will create a small opening just above each of those bends.	Insert the hook from the additional piece of chenille through the small opening just above each of the bends.

Wind the 1 inch end of chenille from the hook around itself to secure it in place and to hold the two overlapping bends together.	Take each of the ends from the hand piece and bend it so it rests against itself then wind what is left of the end around the additional piece of chenille.
