We offer you, the customer, a 30 day money back guarantee on the quality of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase you may return it to the crafter within 30 days from the day you received it. You can then receive a replacement, a full refund of the purchase price, or whatever other agreement you and the crafter may make, whichever you prefer. (Sorry, shipping and handling cannot be refunded and replacement is limited to the availability of the item, if it is not available then a refund will be given.)

Notices:

• Patterns are not refundable and do not have the 30 day money back guarantee with them.
• Items bought directly from crafters do not have our guarantee. (Only items bought through AOK Corral are covered by our guarantee)
• Please keep in mind that this is a guarantee on quality only.  (Because each item is a carefully handmade original product, the item you receive may have slight variances that do not effect the quality.)

If you must return a product because it is of poor quality, please carefully ship the item back to the crafter at their return address and please include a note with the following information:

• Your name
• Your address (ship to and mailing if different)
• Your phone number
• The reason for your return
• State your request for a replacement or refund
